TEDGlobal 2012 – Live from Scotland

Tech Coast Venture Network (TCVN) proudly invites you to a broadcast of TED Global 2012 at Soka University Performing Art Center.

As the world becomes ever more interconnected, the ways we relate, the means by which we learn about one another and develop mutual understanding, and the rules about what we hide and what we share are changing. That’s the inspiration for the theme of TEDGlobal 2012: Radical Openness.

What is TEDx?

TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design.  The two annual TED conferences, in Long Beach/Palm Springs and Edinburgh, Scotland, bring together the world’s most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes or less.
